I see their attempt to stream line service, especially with the drive through. Although the look and feel is dark and dreary compared to what I have always known McDonald's to be. As busy as they always are, it hasn't seemed to hurt business. I have noticed, even being this busy, our food is always cold when we get it. The service is great. The team is very friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. Just my two cents on the new look and feel of McDonald's.

My food was half cooked and the tables were dirty. There was other food stuck to the wrapping for mine. But the people were friendly and timely â¤ï¸
